Two-hour minimum on every booking. After that, time is billed in 30-minute increments. Fixed quotes available on request.

Yes. Every booking starts at two hours because that covers the van, the crew and the travel either side. After that we bill in thirty-minute increments, so nothing is rounded up to a full hour.
Yes, on request. Fixed suits completion days, tight chains and jobs where a building gives you a set loading window. The figure is agreed before the day and holds as long as the load matches what you described.
No. The same rates apply seven days a week, 8am to 10pm, including bank holidays.
Not anywhere inside Greater London. Beyond the M25 we quote the journey separately and tell you the figure on the call.
Packing that isn't finished, furniture that still needs dismantling, no parking near the door, and a lift that hasn't been booked. Those four account for almost every overrun.
